Fleet Gallery

We are working on a collection of restored vintage and antique cruisers, motorcycles and other police vehicles. Most of our fleet vehicles have been generously donated by private collectors.

This bike was obtained by the Museum in 2020 and can be traced back to 1976 when it was originally restored, revealing the custom French and Electric Blue paint on the gas tank. The MSPMLC has restored the bike to its original paint and configuration, and it is now on display in our museum in Whitinsville!

2009 Harley Davidson

2009 Harley Davidson

In 2016 the MSPMLC purchased this 2009 Harley Davidson FLHT Electra Glide Police Interceptor from a dealer, where it had just been traded-in by the MSP. Still sporting its French and Electric Blue colors and with only 37k orginal miles, it now resides as the centerpiece of the MSPMLC's Mobile Museum which appears at numerous community events each year. Children (of all ages) are thrilled to be able to put on a helmet and "ride" a real police motorcycle!

1931 Ford Model A

1931 Ford Model A

This vehicle was donated to the Museum several years ago and it now graces the lobby of MSP General Headquarters in Framingham. While the MSP did have Ford cruisers in the early 1930's, this particular Model A was never used as a police cruiser.

1941 Ford Deluxe Sedan

1941 Ford Deluxe Sedan

Like the 1931 Ford, this beautiful Ford Deluxe Sedan was generously donated to the Museum and restored to replicate the cruisers in service during the 1940's. It is currently undergoing a complete restoration to bring it back to its former glory!

1951 Ford Custom Sedan

1951 Ford Custom Sedan

Another donated civilian car, the 1951 Ford accurately replicates those used by the MSP in make, model and body style. In addition to the cosmetic transformation, the original engine was "swapped out" and the correct Ford 90 horsepower "Flathead" V8 was installed along with period-correct markings and equipment.

1968 Ford Ranch Wagon

1968 Ford Ranch Wagon

This is our current restoration project in progress. In addition to being able to carry more equipment than a sedan, they were also equipped with stretchers and performed "double duty", often times serving as ambulances in rural areas that had no EMS services.

1978 Ford LTD

1978 Ford LTD

This is a genuine C-Code 460 "Interceptor" powered sedan, the last of the true "Big Block" V-8 police cruisers, which we restored in 2017.
