Massachusetts State Trooper David Stucenski and his K-9 Partner "Frankie" were recipients of the Medal of Valor at the George L. Hanna 2017 Awards for Bravery Ceremonies held on Thursday, October 6th at the State House in Boston. Both were recognized for their actions in quelling a confrontation involving an armed suspect.
